The Creative Thinking process is a proven method for tackling problems, both simple and complex. Being able to overcome personal biases and perspectives through the use of proven problem-solving techniques will enable you and your team or organization craft innovative solutions to the problems that you face, and enable you to more quickly act to eliminate the problems you face. Wikipedia categorizes creative problem solving into four categories: Mental State Shift; Problem Reframing; Multiple Idea Facilitation; and Inducing Changes of Perspective. Come learn how each category is used to increase your ability to creatively think your way to more strategic problem solving.
