As a seasoned Operations and HR leader, Charity gets it. She’s spent her career at the intersection of people and processes. She learned the foundations of marketing at a creative agency and gained deep expertise in print and event production, as well as project management. She then moved over to non-profit and small business where she developed strong leadership skills in human resources and operations. Charity balances the work of recognizing individual strengths in each team member and positioning them for success, with an eye towards process and operations efficiency.
