Rex is the National Account Director of Sales at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, advising corporations on strategies to improve individual and organizational health and performance. As a former Vice President Corporate Human Resources and Management Consultant, Rex has led large teams in all areas of Talent Management including employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, leadership development and succession planning focused on improving individual and organizational growth, performance and productivity.
