With nearly 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Eddie specializes in helping employers navigate the increasingly complex world of healthcare and employee benefits. His expertise includes group health insurance, benefits strategy, healthcare cost management, and helping organizations control rising expenses while continuing to offer competitive benefits.

Working primarily with small to mid-sized businesses across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, Eddie takes a consultative approach to helping employers evaluate their benefits strategies, improve the employee experience, and identify opportunities to reduce overall healthcare spend.

Candice Cope | Senior Channel Sales Manager, ZayZoon

Candice brings more than 13 years of experience in HCM, payroll, HR technology, and employee benefits. She works with employers and HR leaders nationwide to simplify workforce management and find new ways to improve the employee experience.

With a particular passion for mental health and financial wellness, Candice understands the significant impact financial stress can have both at work and at home. She will share how solutions such as Earned Wage Access can give employees greater flexibility and control over their finances while helping employers support morale, engagement, and retention.
