Envision what you want our chapter to be like in 1-3 years and bring that description with you to the meeting

Our April Low Country Human Resources Association meeting will be held on April 18th from 8:00am until 11:00am at British Open Pub.

This meeting serves two objectives: 

First, you will have an active voice in determining the future and direction of our chapter, and how it better serve our membership and fulfill our purpose. All members will engage in various tasks and dialog to envision the chapter's future and identify priorities and actions to achieve that vision.  Please think about the chapter 3-5 years from now and what it would be like. Envision it and come prepared to describe what you imagine.  This experience is almost exclusively participative and requires you to attend for the full 3 hours. We know this is a heavy commitment, but extremely important to create the chapter's future.

Second, you will learn a simple yet effective process of "Strategic Planning" that can be used for individuals, groups and organizations. Your role as an HR professional often includes individual coaching, team and leadership development, and organization development. The process we use for our chapter strategic planning is applicable to your role, your department and your organization. 

Breakfast of beverages and pastries will begin at 7:30am, and the meeting will commence promptly at 8.
