Well at Work

There is no question that unhealthy behavior is linked to higher health care costs. With the amount of time the average American spends on the job, the workplace provides an excellent environment to educate and communicate the benefits of creating positive well-being and optimal health.

During this session you will learn some of the best practices in workforce wellness and well-being initiatives, and how companies are providing on-site programs promoting health and wellness including:

  • Blood Pressure Screenings
  • Body Fat Analysis
  • Health Fairs
  • Health and Safety Talks

Victoria will also share occupational services offered through the new Beaufort Memorial Express Care and Occupational Health Clinic including drug screening, physicals, annual health events, flu shots, proper lifting talks, and 24/7 live coordination for occupational health and Workers’ Compensation assistance.

One Hour in SHRM Recertification  Credit has been approved for this session.
