Kristi Herman, CWPC, New Business Manager at Cigna

Kristi Herman is an accomplished sales representative with over 20 years of experience in the health care sector. She has represented self-funded and fully insured medical products along with ancillary lines such as dental and vision for both group and individual plans.  Kristi currently is a New Business Manager at Cigna HealthCare in the Carolinas where she consults with and aids brokers, producers and general agents who are marketing to their clients in the 25 to 500 group product space. She is committed to helping them find the right funding options, savings and wellness solutions for their clients -- allowing them to achieve long term sustainable results. Because she has a passion for wellness, Kristi obtained a Wellness Program Coordinator certification in 2013.

Kristi started her career at Celtic Insurance and achieved their “Rookie of the Year Award”. During her tenure with Celtic, Assurant Health, and Cigna, she has received both team and peer awards, including recognition of her partnership with underwriting, top producer of individual medical  and short term medical awards,  top 20 of group sales for Cigna. and multiple top producer qualifier awards.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Clarion University. Kristi moved from her home town of Pittsburgh to Charlotte in 2004, although continues to be a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan! Kristi lives with her with her two very large and rambunctious dogs, Rhodesian Ridgebacks Legend and Renegade.  They spend as much time as possible outdoors hiking and at dog parks, as well as at AKC kennel club events and charity shelter events.
