Ashley is a creative, strategic HR professional who never meets a stranger. As a compensation consultant at Helios HR, Ashley thrives being a team builder and business liaison, promoting business and individual growth while leveraging her unique skills in relationship building and project management. Over the course of her career, Ashley has developed intensive competencies in full cycle talent acquisition and onboarding, compensation and incentive administration, data analytics and reporting, job audit and employee investigations, and training. She has a diverse background in HR extending across multiple industries and working with firms ranging from 50 to 50,000 employees. Her passions are initiating opportunities for people to connect, seeing that we are more alike than unalike, and working together to do positive things in the workplace and the world!

Selected to perform a TEDx Talk, Ashley is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and public speaker. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and earned her Bachelor of Science, Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University in Birmingham, AL where she currently lives with her family.
